What we paint in Nirimba.
Nirimba was the second suburb built at Aura, so it's a few years ahead of the newer precincts. It has its own state primary school, childcare and sports park. The houses have been lived in now, which changes the work. Instead of empty-house colour swaps, we're patching hallway scuffs and repainting the rooms that copped the most traffic.
What we watch for

Family homes at this age show wear in the same three places: hallways, the wall behind the back door, and skirtings at kid height. We put a scuff-resistant system on those and leave the quieter rooms in a standard low-sheen, which keeps the quote sensible.
