What we paint in Banya.
Banya holds Aura's current land releases, including the Acacia and Rivus precincts along the Aura Brook. Lots run from about 350 square metres up past 600, so the homes are new and close together. Nearly every job we do here is an interior repaint in the gap between settlement and the removalist, while the house is still empty.
What we watch for
Substrate and exposure notes.
Builder-spec white on a brand-new Banya home is thin, and one coat of colour over it won't cover properly. We plan on two. Defect-list patches need to be finished and dry before we paint over them, so it's worth booking after the builder's list is closed rather than during.
